🎯 Mission: Join us as a Data Analyst Team Lead to enhance our reporting and analytical capabilities and drive high-stakes decision-making processes. You will play a pivotal role in developing robust dashboards and delivering accurate, detailed ad-hoc analyses to our top-tier stakeholders.

Experience: Proven track record as a Data Analyst or similar role, with experience in leading teams, even if on a small scale.

Skill in Detail-Oriented Analysis: Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering flawless quality, crucial in high-stakes environments.

Communication: Strong ability to explain complex data in a clear and impactful manner to stakeholders at all levels.

Leadership: While extensive management experience is not required, an aptitude for mentoring and guiding teams is essential.

Adaptability: Comfortable working under stringent deadlines and capable of handling the pressures of critical financial reporting periods.
